Gli Inavoid sono 5 ragazzi danesi che sul loro sito ufficiale dichiarano di suonare un "metal sperimentale con umori ed atmosfere fortemente ispirate al progressive metal".

La qualità della registrazione è purtroppo scadente e la presenza di sole tre tracce non mi consente di esprimere una valutazione numerica attendibile. Di sicuro posso dire che, contrariamente a quanto da loro dichiarato, non vi sono elementi che possano ricondurre la loro musica al prog metal, ma ad un semplice Heavy Metal abbastanza pesantuccio ed incolore. Non ci sono tastiere, né altri strumenti al di fuori di quelli canonici e stilisticamente non ci sono neppure tentativi di esplorazioni sonore particolari, requisiti che io giudico fondamentali per autodefinirsi "progressive".

Il brano d’apertura "In A Void" è certamente il migliore dei 3 (buona la performance vocale) anche se non si urla certo al miracolo ma francamente non mi sento neanche di stroncare affrettatamente una band che sulla lunga distanza e con una qualità di registrazione superiore può migliorare ed evolversi verso sonorità molto più mature.

I’m writing about a three-tracks demo, quite bad recorded and too short to give it a complete rating. So no rating numbers this time.

I only liked the first track "In A void" due to a very good rhythm and a good vocal performance. Sorry guys but I don’t think it’s progressive metal: no keyboards, no other instruments different from the standard and the sound never overtake heavy metal clichès. That’s you need to be called progressive. Nevertheless all the musicians play with a good skin: thanks to a better sound and more songs, they really have the chance to record a more mature cd.

I just wait for the debut for a more complete review of their music.
